No rider on the planet goes bigger and is more demanding on a board\’s performance level than Keith Lyman. Keith\’s lightweight rocket ship of a board is all about speed, pop, and unmatched strength. With an all new double-to-quad concave hull that results in soft landings and superior edge hold. The tail features a Quad-Concave V placed between a set of fins sitting on top of each concave. The outside fin set consists of long warped molded in fins, and the inside set closest to the tip are removable shallow cupped fins. With the outside fins only, the board can still track very well while it remains loose and releases early off the wake. With the full quad setup in place, the board provides more hold, increased speed, and generates incredible thrust off the wake. The Lyman also offers an aggressive 3-stage rocker for a fast, supercharged ride with huge lift off the wake. Lyman 135: 53.3\”\”L x 16.8\”\”W (for 100-170 lb. riders), Lyman 139: 54.7\”\”L x 17.1\”\”W (For 140-210 lb. riders), Lyman 143: 56.4\”\”L x 17.3\”\”W (For 165-260+ lb. riders).

I’m looking for a new wakeboard. I’m willing to spend a good amount of money but clearly I don’t to break my bank and splurge like a grand or even near that… I’m an intermediate rider looking to get advanced and I want a board that I can count on its consistency, that will allow me to get better on and learn new tricks, and is light. I’m skinny at 6′2" 165lbs… size 11-12ish foot. A package deal with mounted bindings would be nice. Thanks for the help.

is Liquid Force and CWB water sports company’s good company’s for quality and reliability?
i am planning on buying a CWB Pure Wakeboard 140cm w/ Torq Bindings for $349.95
and i am also planning on buying a 2007 Liquid Force Watson Vest for $69.90
is this worth the money or are they just knock-off company’s?
CWB is Connelly Skis, which is a reputable brand. Liquid Force is considered a better brand as well. I prefer Hyperlite myself. Check out evogear and grizzlysports on ebay for good deals and reliable sellers. grizzly accepts almost any reasonable offer, Up to 35% depending on the item. Another good site is boardersmall.com. For the best deals look for 07 closeouts. If you want a well known, but more expensive dealer, buywake.com is a good place to go.

i have a 2005 stingray 185ls and just installed a Wakeboard Tower and i tried to take it out and wakeboard it pulled me up but would not plane out even at full throttle could this be the prop pitch? but when your not pulling anybody it does fine
First I would check if you installed your wakeboard tower in the correct position on your boat.
Second, If you have a prop with a pitch higher than 19, then get one for your boat that will have 19 pitch or less, probably a 17 or 19 is good. Boats with 21 and 23 pitch are "light load" props mainly for cruising and light load applications (non-towing).
Go to your a merc dealer of your choice or Mercury marine’s web site and use their prop selector system.
Third, make sure the trim is all the way down when starting your towing run. I cannot stress the importance of this, otherwise you will have a steep rise in the bow and this will put more stress on the outdrive system. Trim out to level trim when you are planeing and at the right speed for towing. Also, if already planed and the water is smooth, then raise the trim just a "very small" amount above level trim.
Finally, if you continue to have problems planeing, invest in getting a good hydrofoil stablizer installed on your cavitation plate. Stay away from the new no-drill one, I’ve heard its unreliable and often doesn’t stay secured for long.

I have two wakeboards, I have a beginner 143 cm and just recently bought a CWB 133cm. I’m having a hard time with my new CWB board, I go so much faster on it and seem to lose control easier causing some pretty harsh faceplants and falls which is causing me to have to cut my wakeboarding time short. I’m fine on the bigger board and am able to control it but I can’t get the same kind of air on it so I really want to learn on my new board. What am I doing wrong? Do I need to ask the driver to slow down a bit?
the smaller board is appropriate for my size, I’m 115lbs
your problem is you have two diffrent rockers on each board
rockers are the curve of the bottom of you board
you have continues
and 3 stage
the first one is a smoother more mellow ride made more for carving and longer wider jumps
the second one is a 3 stage and takes more practice and YES ASK THE DRVER TO SLOW DOWN its a diff kindda ride
your board rides lower in the water and will have the tendecy to wonna SLIDE OUT and make you fall more
BUT you do get crazy air.
it takes getting used to is all and just go a bit slower
and your golden
so thats why you fall more on the other.
its all good.
