I am 5′ 9, 155 lbs and I’m trying to figure out what length of wakeboard I should get. I have pretty much decided that I would like to buy this Hyperlite B-Side wakeboard and it is available in 136 cm, or 141 cm. Which size should a choose?

Thanks in advance.
Here is the sizing chart the website provides: http://www.evo.com/info/helpcenter/564.aspx

I have a brand new Tahoe q4ss. I also have a stainless steel bimni top. I am thinking of getting on of the two towers:

Will they fit with my bimini????? Also, which do you recommend?
I’ve see some tow towers that mount aft of the bimini, but I don’t know if your boat can be mounted that way. The one i saw was a 24 ft. boat. It’s a pretty sure bet the bimini is not high enough to fit over the tower , and I don’t think it would work that way.

I can now get my self out the water on a wakeboard and keep my self out it. The problem I have is I get very uncomfortable after about 30 seconds as my hip facing the back of the board begins 2 hurt as my body feels like it’s really having 2 twist 2 get the board 2 face forward, and even at that the board still doesn’t feel completely facing forward.
So I’m just wondering if I need 2 have both bindings facing more 2 the front or my legs further apart?or any other tips would be great.
Bit of info about me – goofy stance, I’m 6′4" about 14 stone and I’m 26,don’t know if any of that makes any difference but it might?
Cheers, Ewen
other than stance look at how you’re holding the handle. It should be by your front hip, not in the middle of your torso at your stomach. If you hold the handle more in front of your stomach that makes the board constantly want to rotate, which will put more stress on your body and you’ll need more hip action to keep yourself going in the direction you should.

I need new bindings because my feet are getting bigger
so will any brand bindings fit or do I have to get CWB brand bindings?
Yes, most bindings will fit. I hesitate to say all because there is always a chance that some off-brand exists or some really old models or something of that nature.

I am 20 years old, 6′ 1" and about 175lb, and have just started to get into wakeboarding after my girlfriend’s parents bought a new wakeboarding boat. I currently ride her board and it is clearly to small and I think I should get myself a board for next summer. I can clear the wake with a 180, and I have snowboarded for years so I think I should probably get an intermediate set-up, but I definitely don’t want to spend a whole ton. I don’t know really what to get for bindings or a board so I would like some opinions on what to get. Any help would be cool, but I would really like to hear more in depth and personal advice than I can find on most web sites. If there is an important info I left out or questions I would be happy to answer.
I’ll start out with size. At 175lbs, you fall in the 139-142 range. I personally think you should go with a 140 or 141 for a happy medium. Here is a buying guide for you with detailed information about wakeboards.

Here’s a couple of good deals on wakeboards with bindings:

Look at the Liquid Force PS3 and CWB Kink. The PS3 is more forgiving while the Kink is a little more advanced and is highly adjustable.

Usually it ranges from a 7-12, but depending on your boot you could probably stretch it to fit a 13. If you have to squeeze into them make sure you keep the boot some what loose because if you crash hard it could easily snap your ankle when it try’s to shoot you out of the board.

I dont have a tower, but need a place on my boat to store my wakeboard. Can i just buy a rack to mount to like the side of my boat, of the bimini top of something???
I did find this, it does seem like this person went a little over with it, it depends on how strong your bimini support rods are and if not how much work you willing to go through
